We’ll use the hour to get to know you, your business and your goals.

Specifically we’ll be looking to understand which products or services you’re most keen to improve your rankings for.
We can provide rank tracking for a maximum of 100 keywords at any given time, so for many businesses we’ll be looking for you to prioritise here.
We’ll explain the KPI’s we typically report against – which are likely to include overall traffic to your website and the performance and interactions with your business profiles in the organic results. We’ll look to ascertain what tracking you have set up for your business and/or website, and how access to the data might be provided, so we can research and put together a proposal.
We’ll also look to find a way to monitor new business generated during the process – be it sales or leads.
We’ll talk you through the basics of the service we provide and the options available to you in terms of packages, and will ask if you’re just looking for support on Google, Bing or both.
We’ll explain how much input we’ll need from you in the project and when that input is required.
Finally, if time allows, we’ll highlight some of the opportunities we may have uncovered from the time we spent researching the search engines prior to the consultation.
