How would you like to have your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) displayed on your Knowledge Graph? With the Questions & Answers feature, you can make that happen.

On every Knowledge Panel you are invited by Google to ask a question of the business owner. Anyone can respond to these questions. I encourage my clients to monitor their notifications for questions ad respond quickly, before someone else does.
But you can also ask your own questions and respond to them. In doing this, you are creating your own FAQ section on Google. Ask and answer the questions you want displayed in this space. Then upvote the answers you want to be most prominent.
