We’re advised – in Google’s guidelines – that the photos we upload to our listings should “show people your goods and services, and can help you to tell the story of your business,” and that they should be “accurate and appealing pictures.”

Whilst anyone can upload photos of their experiences ‘interacting’ with a business, the business owner has full control, and can flag photos to be removed if they’re unsuitable, and of course, load their own.
