Make it easy for potential customers to contact you directly by messaging you via your Knowledge Panel.

All you need to do is download the Google My Business App, activate the Messaging feature, keep an eye out for notifications and respond as quickly as you can – ideally within 24 hours.
Unlike the Questions & Answers feature, only users added to your profile can respond to Messages, but there is some urgency.
