The search engines introduce new fields to their profiles from time to time.

We’ll monitor your profiles for you at an agreed frequency to ensure yours are always optimised for all the options available.
On occasion you may need to update your hours of business, for example before public holidays. We’ll keep an eye on all this too and ask you if you want to update any information, periodically.
We’ll also update you on how people are interacting with your profiles using the insight available, be it quantitative (e.g. how many people visited your website as a result of seeing one of your profiles) or qualitative – feeding back to you on the search phrases that resulted in people discovering your profile.
